Two ways I work with you on a retainer.
Both retainers are senior, embedded, and small. $800 AUD per month, three month minimum, approximately four hours of director time per month. Maximum five clients at any one time.
How retainers work
Small, embedded, accountable.

That is the floor. After three months the relationship continues month to month, no notice period beyond a heads-up.
Four hours per month.
Director time, focused on the decisions that move the needle. Not project work, not execution. Suppliers and your team do the doing.
Maximum five retainer clients.
A constraint, not a sales line. You get a senior marketer who actually has your context loaded when you call.
